How a JEM rollout runs

Survey first. Structured mobile surveys with required photos capture power, water, drainage, gas placement, and clearances — so install day has no surprises and your vendors get the data they need.
Wave scheduling. Stores are geo-grouped and sequenced against equipment ship schedules, so crews and hardware arrive together.
Startup & commissioning. Every machine is calibrated, QC'd, serial-recorded, and signed off by store management before we call it done.
A dashboard, not a spreadsheet. Your team sees survey status, install status, and the program map live — the same numbers we run the program on.
